Then eventually the more responsible organizations take up the mantle,
over time the web will become a cleaner and safer place for commerce
and knowledge.
The 'Trust' and 'Verisign' systems are flawed as again it is
financially driven. One of the biggest offenders for deception over the
years regarding pop up advertising that is a scourge on the Web. This
organization is a member of both and even a sponsor.
As these services demand money, it means again that money can buy
anything, that is not a workable environment to clean up the World Wide
Web. The founder is currently in his own time compiling a white paper
to submit to the British and USA Government with proposals to address
this.
The PGSC System is a free public service program, all we ask is that

various enquiries and research has been carried out, to ensure the
